Please be advised, insurance coverage is based on your Insurance Companies 

determination of "Medical Necessity."

OUT OF NETWORK:

If you have out of network benefits for a plan that I do not accept, I will provide you with a completed insurance form documenting your payment to me. Your may submit the form to your insurance company for coverage consideration.

Private Pay:

Individual: $175 per 45 minute session. 

Couples: $250 per 50 minute session.

Current clients only:

Phone sessions: $100 per 20 minute phone call.

Cancellations without 48 hours notice is $100 dollars for all clients.

If you are interested in "non-medically necessary" sessions including career counseling or "growth therapy" and have financial concerns, I offer a sliding scale fee. Please call to discuss options.
